Mr. Thor Kait Wei has more than five years of experience and skills required for training and consultancy experiences in the Financial Advisory Business. He has worked closely with businesses, families and individuals including the corporate organization in devising long-term and sustainable wealth-building strategies. He is very capable of giving the training to build a successful based practice and hands-on work experience. Moreover, he managed to create a comprehensive financial plan for organizations and help them achieve their financial goals.

He has covered almost all training programs for staff and employees until Unit Manager levels. Training programs such as Self Enhancement Programme, Quality and Management Training as well as Team Building Trainings.

Mr. Thor Kait Wei has covered companies like Jabil Green Point and collaboration with universities for the internship training programmes. The training programs also include leadership skills, administration skills, problem-solving & decision making, communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills and other customized trainings.

He has demonstrated very good training skills with great communication skills, hands on experience, and also able to keep the training class more lively. He can conduct the training in Mandarin, English and Malay language and has a driving passion to lead the practice in a holistic and meaningful way in his expertise.
